Privacy & Cookie Policy
This notice explains which personal data Göğüş Mutfağı processes on its website, for what purpose and with which tools, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Data you give us when you book
Reservations are taken by phone. We record only what you tell us on the call:
- Identity & contactFirst and last name, phone number
- ReservationType of visit, number of people, date and time; company and arrangement for business visits; language for workshops
- NoteAny special requests. If you mention an allergy or dietary need, it is used only so the kitchen can prepare.
We process this data to create your reservation, call you to confirm it and prepare your visit, on the legal basis of KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishing a contract). For notes that contain health information we rely on your explicit consent.

We do not share your reservation data
We do not share, sell or use the information you give us when you book for advertising.
The only exception is an event we co-host with a third party (for example a talk, seminar or workshop held together with an institution). In that case only what is needed to run that event (name and number of people) is shared with the co-host, and you are told so in the event announcement and when you book.
Requests from authorised public bodies where the law requires it are reserved.

Cookies and tracking tools
Apart from the strictly necessary cookies the site needs to work, every analytics and advertising tool loads only if you accept it in the cookie notice. You can withdraw consent at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the foot of the page.

These tools place cookies in your browser and send online identifiers such as device, browser, IP address and page interaction to the provider. The name, phone number and notes you give us by phone are never sent to them. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Transfers abroad
The providers in section 04 operate servers outside Türkiye. Online identifiers collected through these tools are transferred abroad under KVKK Art. 9, based on the explicit consent you give in the cookie notice. Your reservation data is not transferred abroad.

How long we keep data
Reservation data is kept for at most 1 year after your visit, then deleted or anonymised. For corporate bookings, invoice records are kept for the period tax law requires. Cookie lifetimes are listed in section 04.

- To ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, deleted or destroyed
